• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• We currently ship within the United States. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns on candles.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

• We’re happy to issue store credit for any damaged items.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped.
